We see volunteering as a chance for you to be involved in the ministries that make you thrive–as a person at Rolling Hills, and in life. Our volunteers are key in just about everything we do, from weekend services to special events, from making coffee to registration, from greeting to being an usher, and so much more! With so many ways to serve, it’s easy to find your fit.
Discover Volunteer Opportunities
If you’re looking to volunteer, you’ve come to the right place! Whether you want to work with adults, students or kids, we’ve got a spot for you. Whether you’re interested in working behind the scenes or greeting people and answering questions, we’ve got a job for you. Want to serve weekly? monthly? just a few times a year? No problem! We’ve got those options too!
Tell Us About Your Interests
So, you want to serve? Awesome! Now all you need to do is tell us a little about yourself and where you want to serve. It’s really that easy. Once you do that, we’ll send you an email or give you a call and follow up with some more instructions.
We Help You Find a Good Fit
So, you know where you want to serve and you’ve told us everything we need to know to help you find a good fit. Once you’ve completed step 2, just wait to hear from us. We’ll email or call you and start to talk about some potential volunteer opportunities. We’ll also let you know if there are more requirements that need to be met. We’re so glad you want to be a part of our community by volunteering. Just wait for our email and we’ll see you around campus!

We desire to keep our services filled with expression and creativity that assists in enhancing our time together. A/V techs play an important role in knowledge, preparation and presentation of our technical needs and capabilities. It is our desire to have competent players on each of these teams. Our A/V team consists of volunteers who run pro-presenter (slides on the screens), lights, and sound. Training is available, however, a basic knowledge and understanding for the sound team components is crucial. For more information or to volunteer, email Sheley Arnold at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are many ways to worship God. Simply adjusting our focus upon Christ at any given time engages us in worship. Music is also a way to draw close to Him. Our services are filled with songs that are singable, have substance and are fun! If you would like to participate in our music ministry we ask that you fill out an application with some basic information about yourself, read through our brief music manual and sign up for an audition. For the application or for more information, please email Sheley Arnold at email@example.com.
Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, rollhill.org, video, Vimeo, YouTube, stage design, banners, there are so many venues available to express the heart of God to this world. If you are a designer, a techie, an artist, a promoter, a producer, a photographer, a screenwriter, an editor, if you can point an iPhone in the right direction, this may be a great spot to use your talents. To use your talents, email Sheley Arnold at firstname.lastname@example.org
We refer to the area from our parking lot to our sanctuary as The Path. The ministry opportunities along our path are teams of greeters, hospitality, ushers and those who prepare communion (Lord’s Supper) for our congregation. Our goal is to create a path that is helpful, pleasant and engaging. We seek to find people that are outgoing to serve on our greeter, hospitality and usher teams. Communion ministry team members play a “behind the scenes” role. If you would like to learn more about the path or join one of the teams on the path, email Sheley Arnold at email@example.com.
At Rolling Hills we’re kind of known for the food events we have. But we can’t do it without volunteers! From cooking, to setting up, to tearing down, to dishes, we need people on the food team. If you have a passion to keep our food and bbq team alive, help us out! Email Sheley Arnold at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out how you can volunteer on the food team.
